Cette année encore, Gault&Millau était présent à Horeca Expo. Plusieurs séances étaient prévues:

Mercredi 21/11 nous avons présentés avec notre projet ‘Grote Keuken/Grande Cuisine' les "Catering Awards 2018". Vous pouvez trouver plus d'infos ici.

17h – 18h: Gault&Millau presented “Eros Tomassetti present peerless pasta dishes”

Gault&Millau and top chef Eros Tomassetti from restaurant Diverso in Westerlo presented some great preparations, in collaboration with “Surgital presents Divine Creazioni®”.

16h – 17h: Gault&Millau presented “The golden Duke” of the year

Gault&Millau is proud to present “The golden Duke” on Horeca Expo 2018. “The golden Duke” is the winner of a culinary contest where three of Belgium’s best chefs were asked to create a stunning dish based on high quality pork, paired with Deus Brut des Flandres beer.  The winner of this contest, Kevin Lejeune from La Canne en Ville in Brussels, presented his dish at our masterclass.

13h – 14h: Gault&Millau presented POP masterclass  

Think: great burgers, the best taco restaurants or the ultimate gourmet fries – but always with the Gault&Millau quality trademark. POP is a selection of the best addresses that focus on high quality fast/street food. At our Horeca Expo Masterclass, one of the best POP-chefs from Belgium showed what POP is all about. This year Gault&Millau and Davigel presented Huibrecht Berends from BUN in Antwerp, the winner of the ‘Asian restaurant of the Year 2019’! The dish was paired with a great cocktail from DORST, by Paul Morel.
