Xior Student Housing is a Belgian company specialised in student housing in Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. In 2015, Xior entered the Belgian stock exchange as a public limited company under Belgian law, with its shares listed on Euronext Brussels (XIOR). Xior's market capital is now (July 2020) approximately EUR 950 million.
