French restaurant Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros will host a guest chef special dinner for two days only with owner / chef Benoit Dewitte from the Belgian restaurant Benoit & Bernard Dewitte, which has been awarded one Michelin star from 2012 and has 16/20 in the Gault&Millau Guide.
Benoit Dewitte was also named Young Chef of the Year 2005 by Gault&Millau Guide, and this is his first time hosting a special dinner in Japan. Benoit & Bernard Dewitte is an attractive restaurant featuring artistic cuisine that makes use of the natural atmosphere in the suburb of Ghent.
